Snow Creek Construction designs and builds fully featured custom homes with metal roofs, granite countertops, large two car garages, paver driveways and more. Our homes include a wide variety of quality finishes in our standard pricing. The buyer can select all of the finishes including flooring, cabinetry, plumbing fixtures and electrical fixtures.

Ten floor plans ranging from 1,700 to 2,500 square feet are available. All of the floor plans can be modified to increase room sizes or add additional garages and other features. Homes are completed in approximately 8-9 months after start of construction.
